At Rose Pistola our passion is food, wine and service. We believe that food is truly a universal language, which crosses barriers of culture and ethnicity to bring people together in their desire to see, to explore, and to experiment with new flavors and styles. Rose Pistola was built with love in 1996. In February 2011 we completed a renovation to the dining room and upgraded the kitchen. We did this to enable us to bring you the best in food, wine, cocktails and ambiance. We strove to keep the beauty of the original design by not changing the structure but adding enhanced colors and fabrics to update the look.
We will continue to provide an authentic Italian cuisine experience by using local ingredients and by focusing on the techniques and processes. Chef Gordon now oversees the menu along with Chef de Cuisine Pablo Estrada.
We are open 7 days a week Ð lunch from 11:30am to 4pm weekdays, late lunch from 4pm to 5pm weekdays, and brunch/lunch on weekends from 11:30am to 4pm. We offer dinner nightly starting at 5:30pm. Join us for live jazz in the bar area 4 days a week: Thursdays from 8pm to 10:00pm, Fridays & Saturdays from 9pm to 11:00pm, and Sundays from 8pm to 10pm.
